We are currently seeking a full-time associate licensed mental health counselor with the following qualifications:
- Must have an Associate-level license in psychotherapy in the state of Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPC-A
- Must have training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or agree to receive training
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a commitment to serving people of all ethnic, racial, religious backgrounds as well as all gender sexual orientations
- Demonstrates a collaborative style and desire to work as a member of a team
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Committed to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills, especially in the area of trauma treatment
- Willingness to work both through telehealth and in office
